A domain is the one thing on the internet you should own outright. Too many businesses in Bhutan find, when the developer leaves or an invoice is missed, that theirs is registered in someone else’s name and about to expire. We register in your name, with your CID or licence on the account, and hand you the login the same day.
What this looks like
Registration: .com, .net and .org are live in minutes. A .bt goes through the registry in Thimphu with a copy of your business licence and takes a few working days. We tell you honestly whether .bt, .com or both makes sense for who you serve.
DNS: managed on Cloudflare, so a change takes seconds and your site sits behind a cache from day 1. We write down what points where and give you the page.
Email: mailboxes on your domain, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set so Gmail and Outlook trust you. We test with a real message to each and show you the pass. If you have been running the business from a Gmail address, we move the old mail across.
How we work
Send the names you are thinking of on WhatsApp. We check availability and handles and reply with a recommendation the same day. Registration is in your name from the first minute; we hold nothing.
Every year, 30 days before renewal, we remind you. If we hear nothing, we call, because a lapsed .bt can take months to recover.

Questions people ask first.
01 .bt or .com?
.bt if you serve Bhutan and want to say so; a tour operator or a Thimphu shop is stronger on .bt. .com if your customers are abroad or you may expand. Many take both and point one at the other. .bt costs more, about Nu. 2,000 a year, because the registry is small.
02 Our old developer registered the domain. How do we get it back?
If it is in their name, it is theirs to transfer. We draft the request, tell you what the transfer code looks like and move it into an account in your name the day it arrives. If they will not cooperate, we register a new domain and redirect once you have the old one. Do not let it expire.
03 Why does our email go to spam?
Usually because SPF, DKIM and DMARC were never set. Gmail and Outlook now reject mail without them. We add the 3 records, test with a real send to Gmail and Outlook, and show you the pass.
04 How do we pay, and what happens at renewal?
Yearly, in Nu., by mBoB or BoB transfer. We remind you 30 days before the date and, once paid, renew it. We never let a client domain lapse because of a missed message; we will call.
