Website cost estimator
Move the sliders and see what a nine75 site costs, in Nu. and US$. Pages, design level, WordPress, AI assistant, e-commerce, hosting and migration.
This estimator adds up our published starting prices for the parts of a site, so you can see what a project costs before you write to us. Move the sliders; the total updates as you go. It is arithmetic, not a quote, and it sits on the high side of what most projects come to.
What is included
A page is a designed, built and populated page; a landing page and a 12-page brochure site are priced by the same rule. Standard design uses our layouts with your content and colours. Custom design is drawn for you, page by page. Branded adds the full identity: mark, wordmark, palette, type and a short guide. The WordPress build includes the theme, an editor your staff can use, and a month of fixes after launch. The AI assistant answers visitors’ questions from your own content, on your site, at any hour. E-commerce covers products, cart, checkout and one payment gateway. Hosting is yearly and includes backups, TLS and updates. Migration is the 12-step move from wherever you are now.
Assumptions
Prices are in Nu. and exclude the domain, paid plugins and gateway fees. The US$ line is a conversion at a round rate, for comparison only. A site with a lot of custom interaction, or an app rather than a site, is quoted on its own; the estimator will be low for those, and we will say so.
Line items
| Item | Unit | Nu. | ≈ US$ |
|---|---|---|---|
| Page design, standard | per page | 2,000 | 20 |
| Page design, custom | per page | 3,500 | 40 |
| Branding package (design level 3 adds this once) | package | 25,000 | 300 |
| WordPress build | base | 18,000 | 220 |
| AI assistant | add-on | 17,000 | 200 |
| E-commerce | add-on | 15,000 | 180 |
| Hosting | per year | 3,500 | 40 |
| Migration | one-time | 5,000 | 60 |
Level 1 is standard pages, level 2 custom pages, level 3 custom pages plus the branding package. Total = pages × the page price for your level, plus each add-on you switch on.

02FAQ
Questions people ask
01 Is the estimate a quote?
No. It is the arithmetic behind our quotes, using our published starting prices. Your quote is a fixed number that we hold to. It will be close to this, and it is often lower when a project is simpler than the sliders assume.
02 Why is the US$ figure approximate?
We invoice in Nu. The US$ line is a conversion at a round rate, rounded to the nearest 10, so you can compare with quotes from abroad. Pay in Nu. by bank transfer or in US$ by card; the Nu. figure is the one on the invoice.
03 What is not in the estimate?
Copywriting, photography, stock images, paid plugins, payment-gateway fees and the domain itself. We say which of these your project needs in the quote, with prices, before you agree to anything.
